# Monitoring Fluency Status

Workspace admins can check the status of Fluency agents across their team to confirm which users are actively running Fluency.

<Note>
  We highly recommend keeping Fluency running as frequently as possible for all users. This allows you to accumulate maximum context and insight into your business.
</Note>

## How to check agent status

1. **Open the Fluency Portal.** Navigate to [dashboard.usefluency.com](http://dashboard.usefluency.com) to launch the Fluency portal. You must be a workspace admin to do this. Contact your IT team if you're unsure.
2. **Go to Settings.** Click the settings icon in the left sidebar.
3. **Open the Status tab.** Find it in the sidebar under the organization category.
4. **Review agent status.** Here you can see whether each user's agent is **running** or **stopped**, along with the device name and last sync time.

<Note>
  **Last Sync** shows when the agent last checked in, not when it last captured activity. Syncs may occur outside the observation window. No screen data is collected outside configured hours.
