Instead of filtering by team inside Work Explorer or Opportunities, you land on a page dedicated to that team, with only their processes, hours, savings, and AI automation opportunities on it. Open [app.usefluency.com](https://app.usefluency.com) → pick a team from the left sidebar. Teams come from [Settings → Teams](/setting-up-teams). Anyone in a team's roll-up shows up on that team's page automatically. ## What you'll see Every team page has two sections: **Processes** and **Opportunities**, each with a set of headline figures at the top. Team page showing Processes tab with process hours, cost, saveable hours, and saveable share metrics ### Processes Every process this team is involved in, with roll-ups showing where their time and cost sits. | Metric | What it shows | | ----------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Total process hours** | Time this team spends on the process across all runs. | | **Total process cost** | Cost of that time, priced using your [Rates](/settings-rates). | | **Total savable hours** | Hours that could be recovered if the AI automation opportunities tied to this process shipped. | | **Total savable share** | Savable hours as a share of the team's total process hours. | ### Opportunities Every AI automation opportunity the team touches, rolled up the same way. | Metric | What it shows | | ------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Total cost savings** | Estimated annual dollar impact if the visible AI automation opportunities shipped. | | **Total time savings** | Estimated annual hours recovered. | | **Salary average** | Loaded hourly rate currently used to price labor. | | **Total automatability** | Share of judged steps Fluency treats as automatable across the team's backlog. | Team page Opportunities tab showing headline metrics and a grid of AI automation opportunity cards for the team ## Drilling in Click any process or AI automation opportunity to open the full detail page, scoped to this team's involvement. * Open a **process** to see the diagram, activities, and executions from [Work Explorer](/understanding-work-explorer), filtered to this team's share of the work. * Open an **AI automation opportunity** to see the full analysis from [Opportunities](/understanding-opportunities), with the team's percentages carried through. Team Pages use the same involvement threshold as the team filter in Work Explorer and Opportunities. Adjust it there to change what shows up here. ## Why it matters * One page per team, so leaders and managers can see their team's work without setting up filters. * The same numbers as Work Explorer and Opportunities, just pre-filtered. * Every metric ties back to a real process or AI automation opportunity you can open and inspect. ## Related Create teams and manage who's in them.
