Fluency is designed to deliver first insights within hours of onboarding. This guide walks you through logging in, configuring your workspace, and running your first workflow discovery — so you can start identifying automation opportunities the same day.
Fluency requires no integrations or engineering projects to start. If you have a dedicated implementation contact, they can run through this setup with you in a single session.
1

Log in to Fluency

Navigate to https://app.usefluency.com/login and sign in with your enterprise credentials — either via SSO or email and password. On your first login, Fluency will prompt you to set up your organization workspace.
2

Configure your workspace

Enter your organization name, industry, and team structure. Fluency does not require any system integrations at this stage. You can add team members at any time from Settings > Users.
3

Launch Work Explorer

From the left sidebar, click Work Explorer. Fluency will begin automatically discovering workflow activity across your organization. Initial discovery typically completes within a few hours, depending on the volume of activity.
4

Review your first insights

Once discovery runs, you’ll see synthesized workflow maps and execution metrics. Explore run counts, cycle times, and handoffs to understand where your teams spend the most time.
5

Check Opportunities

Navigate to Opportunities to see AI-ranked automation candidates generated from your workflow data. Each opportunity includes projected hours saved and financial impact — giving you an immediate view of where automation delivers the most value.
