Work ExplorerUXReliability
  • Team badges across Work Explorer (process groups, processes, activities, and step side drawers) and the opportunities list now show each team’s share of execution, so you can see at a glance how work is distributed across teams rather than just which teams are involved.
  • Redesigned the sign-in and login error screens with a cleaner, more consistent look.
  • Tightened up visual consistency in Work Explorer: process detail titles now match the sizing used on the group list page, and the opportunities list content is now centered with a capped width on wide screens for easier reading.
  • The systems map now supports fullscreen viewing.
  • Improved desktop agent sign-in reliability and user identity resolution.
SearchVision ControlsUX
  • Global search: Press Cmd/Ctrl+K to open a new command palette that searches across processes, opportunities, teams, users, and documents. Results are grouped with previews, breadcrumbs, and icons, and only show items you have access to. Use Cmd/Ctrl+Enter to jump straight to a result.
  • Vision Controls user table: The user row now shows email and device information, making it easier to identify and manage individual users. We also added multi-select status filtering, column visibility controls, and CSV export for the user list.
Process MappingBug FixesAgent
  • Process Systems view improvements: swimlane maps now open by default with color-coded lanes for easier scanning, and clicking a card takes you to the full parent activity instead of a single step.
  • Activities with a single-step process now automatically show their variants expanded, and their full chain stays on one row for easier reading.
  • Improved desktop agent sign-in reliability and user identity resolution.
  • Fixed a mismatch where the opportunities view could show more items than the processes actually available on the home page, so counts now stay consistent.
Team ManagementWork ExplorerUX Polish
  • Team settings improvements: The Teams table now flags when a user belongs to more than one team, with a clear banner naming the affected users so admins can spot overlapping memberships at a glance. The Members column also shows a proper loading state instead of briefly flashing “No members” while data loads.
  • Process graph visual polish: Activity titles in the process graph now wrap cleanly across two lines with an ellipsis instead of being cut off mid-word, and hovering shows the full title. This improves readability in both the process detail Graph view and opportunity maps.
  • Work Explorer team filtering fixes: Team-based filtering now works consistently throughout Work Explorer. Selecting a team correctly hides unrelated groups and phase headers, and activity-page stats and rows are now scoped to the selected team as well. We also fixed several edge cases in team-scoped links and filtering.
